BePOS (Bechtel Personnel and Operational Services) required a new identity that established it as an independent organization while maintaining close links with its parent organization who remained involved as major shareholders.
With aspirations to open branches in the USA, Europe and Asia, plans were ambitious and deadlines short. In just two short months the vision of a fresh new brand was achieved and rolled out internationally.
A team led by Richard Spragg of Hirebrand and including Ian Glazer of Glazer, Nik Polinger of Wide PR and executives from EPCglobal implemented the new physical identity, new vision and values and PR strategy.
The results were universally recognized, resulting in sustained growth and the eventual successful sale of the business.
